How I’ve Learned to View Unhappiness

I shoot to be very happy every day.  If I’m not, I believe/know that my emotions are reacting to some UN-truth that I’m thinking/believing/mulling either consciously or unconsciously. I try to figure out what that untruth is and then correct my thinking through rehearsing/meditating/repeating the Bible verses that correct my untrue thinking/believing/mulling.
